Business Analyst - After Sales & Service (m/f)


Responsibilities:

After Sales Business Development

  • Collection, analysis & benchmarking of European Service Data to ensure competitive levels of performance & profitability
  • Prepare, analyse & report service KPI data from Operating Companies (OCs), highlighting best in class & where improvements are needed
  • Simulate service business case scenarios e.g. remote service
  • Follow up & support for OCs to help achieving improvement targets for after sales business
  • Identify & propose new service tools and processes that can be implemented by OCs
  • Support, organise & present at workshops & seminars relating to after service business
  • Collection & analysis of EUR OCs input for Global After Sales Reporting
  • Prepare & present monthly European After Sales performance to Budget & Forecast


General

  • Seamless collaboration amongst Tokyo, OCs & EHQ to maximise business opportunities
  • Support improvements to existing business processes & practices
  • Prepare & submit regular, accurate, detailed and timely reports on visits, meetings and projects
  • Providing management with reports, analysis & recommendations to support decision making

 

Your qualifications:

  • Commercial / Business qualification with business analysis / controlling specialisation
  • 3 or more years’ experience in field service / support function within IT / Print/ MFP sector
  • Project management experience
  • Good spoken and written German / English (mandatory), other European languages advantageous
  • Strong Excel / spread sheet skills
  • Good numeric, analytic and conceptual skills
  • Good communication / presentation skills and a team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Multitasking & good organisational skills
  • Proactive, motivational and cross functional attitude
  • Availability to travel & International orientation
